Who needs to travel when they have this at the bottom of their garden? These beautiful bluebells belong to a girlfriend of mine who has a bluebell wood in her garden in West Sussex!  These really do remind you how beautiful this country can be and this time of year is particularly spectacular with all the new growth coming through.  And please don’t be put off by the rain.  My mother always says “don’t sit and look at the rain, get into it”  – how true.  Get the right kit on and get out into the rain, you’ll feel great and you can see every leaf of every plant looking sparkly from the raindrops.  Perhaps I’m romanticising or alternatively I’m trying to cheer myself up about this never ending wet I don’t know, but it works for me!
